- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

- 1 whole pineapple, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
- Add the pineapple slices to the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve chicken with grilled pineapple on top.
