- 1 pound sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups carrots, sliced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and sausage, cooking until browned.
- Stir in onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add cabbage and carrots, and cook until the cabbage wilts.
- Pour in chicken broth and sprinkle thyme and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm.
