- 1 bottle (12 oz) beer
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the beer and stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Drizzle the melted butter on top.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can use flavored beers.
- This bread is best served fresh but can be toasted later.
