Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until dough is smooth.
- Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place mozzarella, pizza sauce, and any other toppings on one half of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
