These Homemade Nutter Butters are deliciously creamy and packed with peanut butter flavor, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

			- 1 cup peanut butter
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1 large egg
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar until smooth.
 - Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
 - In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
 - Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Flatten each ball with a fork to create a criss-cross pattern.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
 - Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
 
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips or chopped nuts.
