This Honey Banana Bread recipe produces the most moist and delicious banana bread you’ve ever tasted.

- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
- Mix in the melted butter, then add the honey, egg, and vanilla extract; beat until smooth.
- Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Add the flour and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- For a more decadent treat, add chocolate chips or nuts to the batter.
- Make sure your bananas are very ripe for the best flavor.
