Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tablespoons butter (salted preferred)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- Remove from heat and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
- You can use fresh or canned corn as a substitute for frozen—adjust cook time accordingly.
- For a spicier twist, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
