Description

A creamy, sweet, and savory side dish made in one skillet with butter, honey, corn, and cream cheese—ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter (salted preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together, stirring until fully combined.
  2. Add the frozen corn to the skillet. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese chunks, salt, and black pepper. Continue stirring until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or canned corn as a substitute for frozen—adjust cook time accordingly.
  • For a spicier twist, add diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Vegan alternatives include dairy-free butter and cashew cream.
