- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add the sliced carrots to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in honey and butter, stirring until the carrots are well coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until tender.

- For a sweeter flavor, add more honey.
