Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
