Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and slice the potatoes into wedges.
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
