- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and egg together, then add lemon juice and zest.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
