- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add olive oil, garlic, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, and cooked spaghetti. Toss to combine.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon and herbs, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
