 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
 - Add the egg and vanilla extract, mix until well combined.
 - Gradually stir in the flour, ground nuts, and salt until the dough forms.
 - Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
 - Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
 - Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
