- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Layer turkey bacon, chicken ham, mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, onions, and Parmesan cheese on the dough.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning across the toppings.
- Roll the dough tightly and seal the edges.
- Place the rolled Stromboli on a baking sheet.
- Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute Turkey bacon with mushrooms.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
