Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 5 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and turkey bacon.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center.
  3. Brush the edges with beaten egg and fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
