- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 5 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and turkey bacon.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg and fold the wrapper over the filling, sealing tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra heat, consider adding more jalapeños.
- These egg rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before frying.
