Description

A deliciously creamy side dish featuring the flavors of jalapeño poppers, complemented by turkey bacon and chicken ham.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups creamed corn
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and chopped jalapeño; sauté for 3 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine creamed corn, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Fold in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and jalapeño mixture.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, use more jalapeños or add some red pepper flakes.
