- 4 cups creamed corn
- 3 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 jalapeño, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and chopped jalapeño; sauté for 3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine creamed corn, cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Fold in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and jalapeño mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, use more jalapeños or add some red pepper flakes.
- This dish pairs well with grilled meats.
