Description

A spicy twist on classic deviled eggs featuring jalapeños and turkey bacon.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and slice them in half.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add mayonnaise, mustard, diced jalapeños, crumbled turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  4. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with chives.
