- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard, cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the steak and plate it, drizzling the creamy garlic sauce on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the steaks in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
