Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then remove from skillet and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and Dijon mustard, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  6. Slice the steak and plate it, drizzling the creamy garlic sauce on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
