- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 3/4 cup erythritol
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the erythritol and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted butter and vanilla to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, then stir in the almond milk until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before removing from the pan.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include a pinch of espresso powder in the dry ingredients.
- Serve with whipped cream or a keto-friendly frosting for extra indulgence.
