- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fruit filling (apricot, raspberry, or other)
- powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Gradually add in the flour and vanilla extract, mixing until a dough forms.
- Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a small amount of fruit filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the square toward the center and seal.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
