- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 6 ounces bacon, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef; stir to combine.
- Pour in heavy cream, and bring to a simmer; add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
- Serve topped with bacon, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles.
