- 1 cup brownie mix
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix, oil, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into cupcake liners in a muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Once the brownie cups are cool, add a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra richness, use dark chocolate chips.
- Serve with additional whipped cream on top.
