- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup queso cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow packet instructions.
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese in the center of each dough square.
- Fold the dough over to create a sealed ball.
- Arrange the pizza bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, heat the queso cheese sauce.
- Once the pizza bombs are baked, drizzle with queso sauce and top with diced tomatoes and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
- These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
