Description

Loaded Taco Pizza Bombs are the ultimate indulgent treat with a creamy queso drizzle that takes them to the next level.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup queso cheese sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow packet instructions.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese in the center of each dough square.
  6. Fold the dough over to create a sealed ball.
  7. Arrange the pizza bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. While baking, heat the queso cheese sauce.
  9. Once the pizza bombs are baked, drizzle with queso sauce and top with diced tomatoes and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add jalapeños to the filling.
  • These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
