Description

A delicious blend of mac and cheese and meatloaf, enhanced with turkey bacon for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package directions and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, chopped turkey bacon, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and ketchup.
  4. Mix until well combined, then shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Notes

  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with extra ketchup on the side if desired.
