- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, chopped turkey bacon, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and ketchup.
- Mix until well combined, then shape mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with extra ketchup on the side if desired.
