Description

A delicious macaroni salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, celery, onion, and pickle relish. Mix well.
  4. Chill the macaroni salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.

Notes

  • For more flavor, add some chopped herbs like parsley or dill.
