Description
A delicious macaroni salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, celery, onion, and pickle relish. Mix well.
- Chill the macaroni salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
- For more flavor, add some chopped herbs like parsley or dill.
- This salad can be made a day ahead for easier meal prep.
