- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and add milk and butter, mashing until smooth.
