Description

An easy and indulgent twist on the classic rotel dip, featuring mexicorn and turkey bacon for a delicious flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 can mexicorn
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and crumble it into small pieces.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine rotel tomatoes, mexicorn, and cream cheese over medium heat.
  3. Stir until the cream cheese is fully melted and mixed.
