- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake pans.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the diced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts in the pans.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, and flour to make the topping.
- Sprinkle the topping over the cheesecake mixture.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until set.
Notes
- Let the cheesecakes cool completely before removing from the pans.
- They can be served warm or cold.
