Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons banana pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of cups.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Fold in whipped cream and mashed bananas.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crusts.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Top with banana pudding mix and garnish with walnuts before serving.
