- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons banana pudding mix
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of cups.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream and mashed bananas.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crusts.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Top with banana pudding mix and garnish with walnuts before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, use ripe bananas.
- Can substitute walnuts with pecans or leave out for a nut-free dessert.
