Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, sift together the flour and cocoa powder.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway and add a spoonful of caramel sauce, then top with more brownie batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center is gooey.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
