- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour and cocoa powder.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway and add a spoonful of caramel sauce, then top with more brownie batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center is gooey.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of sea salt on top before baking.
- Serve warm with ice cream for a decadent dessert.
