Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Stir in the flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For an extra chocolate kick, add extra chocolate chips on top before baking.
