- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Stir in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Fold in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For an extra chocolate kick, add extra chocolate chips on top before baking.
- These brownies can also be topped with a drizzle of melted chocolate for added flavor.
