Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta (of your choice)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Stir in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
