Description

A vibrant and flavorful pasta salad perfect for Memorial Day Weekend!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pasta (of your choice)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Stir in the fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
