- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and heavy cream over medium heat.
- Stir until the sugars dissolve and then bring to a boil.
- Add butter and continue to boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in pecans, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
