Description

A rich and creamy no-bake banana split cheesecake with layers of fruit, a graham cracker crust, and sweet syrup toppings—perfect for summer parties or make-ahead desserts.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Additional banana slices, cherries, and chocolate pieces (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press into a 9×9-inch dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully combined.
  5. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Layer with sliced bananas, pineapple, and cherries.
  7. Spread remaining cheesecake mixture on top and smooth the surface.
  8. Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce on top in a zigzag pattern.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  10. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, banana slices, cherries, and chocolate pieces.
