A creamy and delicious no bake banana pudding cheesecake that is the perfect dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup banana pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar, continuing to whip until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with milk until smooth, then fold in sliced bananas.
- Layer the banana pudding mixture over the cream cheese mixture in the crust. Spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra banana flavor, add more sliced bananas as a topping.
- Feel free to use store-bought pudding if you’re short on time.
