Description

A creamy and delicious no bake banana pudding cheesecake that is the perfect dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar, continuing to whip until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with milk until smooth, then fold in sliced bananas.
  5. Layer the banana pudding mixture over the cream cheese mixture in the crust. Spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra banana flavor, add more sliced bananas as a topping.
  • Feel free to use store-bought pudding if you’re short on time.
