Description
Easy and delicious no-bake coconut cream balls made with sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and dipped in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups shredded sweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Dip each chilled coconut ball in melted chocolate, coating completely, and place back on parchment paper.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes until hardened.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Use unsweetened coconut for a less sweet version.
- Add crushed nuts, dried fruit, or citrus zest for flavor variations.
- Best enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.
- Can be frozen for up to one month.
