- 1 cup peanut butter
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the crispy rice cereal, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- In a melt-proof bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second increments until fully melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top and press lightly.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before cutting into bars.
