A delicious no-bake dessert with a refreshing lemon cream filling.
Ingredients

- 1 package graham crackers
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract, and fold gently to combine.
- In a serving dish, layer graham crackers, followed by lemon cream filling, and repeat layers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add more lemon zest.
- Try using different flavored creams for variation.
