- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat together sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well mixed.
- Add the shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and chocolate chips; mix thoroughly.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, make the pie a day in advance to allow flavors to meld.
- You can substitute crushed graham crackers for the cookie crumbs if desired.
