- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Slice and serve with additional whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, increase the amount of pumpkin spice.
