- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, whipped cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the crust and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Serve with additional whipped cream on top.
Notes
- For a firmer pie, chill overnight.
- Try adding a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
