Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, whipped cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice until smooth.
  3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  5. Serve with additional whipped cream on top.
