Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
