Description

This No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake is a delicious and easy dessert that combines the classic flavors of a banana split into a creamy cheesecake.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter, press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by banana slices, strawberries, and pineapple chunks.
  5. Add the remaining cheesecake mixture and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
