Description

A delicious no-bake chocolate éclair cake that is creamy, chocolatey, and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of graham crackers
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until combined.
  4. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the graham crackers evenly on the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the rest of the pudding mixture.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for better results before serving.

Notes

  • This dessert is best served chilled.
  • Feel free to add chocolate shavings on top for extra indulgence.
