A delicious no-bake chocolate éclair cake that is creamy, chocolatey, and easy to prepare.

- 2 packs of graham crackers
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup chocolate frosting
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until combined.
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer the graham crackers evenly on the bottom.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the rest of the pudding mixture.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for better results before serving.
Notes
- This dessert is best served chilled.
- Feel free to add chocolate shavings on top for extra indulgence.
