- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh key lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- lime slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with lime slices before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense lime flavor, add extra lime zest.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
