Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • lime slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Chill for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until well combined.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Garnish with lime slices before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense lime flavor, add extra lime zest.
  • This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
