- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to set.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill again until the chocolate is set, about 15 minutes.
