- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and stir until combined.
- Fold in cranberries and rosemary.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 12-18 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Place a Dutch oven in the oven to heat for 30 minutes.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
- Carefully place the dough in the hot Dutch oven and cover it.
- Bake for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- This bread tastes best when fresh.
- You can substitute dried cranberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
