Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and stir until combined.
  3. Fold in cranberries and rosemary.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise for 12-18 hours.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. Place a Dutch oven in the oven to heat for 30 minutes.
  7. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and shape it into a ball.
  8. Carefully place the dough in the hot Dutch oven and cover it.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes covered, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  10. Let it cool before slicing.
