Description
A stunning non-alcoholic tropical mocktail with creamy coconut, pineapple juice, and a vibrant blue raspberry swirl.
Ingredients
– 2 oz coconut water or milk
– 1 oz blue raspberry syrup or blue food coloring + citrus soda
– 2 oz coconut cream
– 2 oz pineapple juice
– ½ oz lime juice (optional)
– ½ cup crushed ice
Garnish: pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, mint sprig
Instructions
1. Chill glass for 10–15 minutes.
2. Blend coconut cream, pineapple juice, lime juice (optional), coconut water/milk, and ice until smooth.
3. Shake blue syrup/citrus soda with pineapple juice and ice.
4. Pour white blend into glass, drizzle blue mix over spoon to swirl.
5. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use coconut cream (not milk) for richness. Chill glass to preserve the layered effect. Customize with banana, blueberries, or sparkling soda.
