- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty to melt.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the chicken patty on the bun, topping it with sauerkraut and fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
