  • 4 pretzel buns
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 cup beer cheese sauce
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the turkey mixture into patties.
  4. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
  5. Grill the turkey patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  6. During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  7. Toast the pretzel buns on the grill for a couple of minutes until golden.
