- 4 pretzel buns
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 cup beer cheese sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the turkey mixture into patties.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy; set aside.
- Grill the turkey patties for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Toast the pretzel buns on the grill for a couple of minutes until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf, the turkey patty, a slice of bacon, and the beer cheese sauce on each bun.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and the other half of the bun.
- Serve immediately.
